Australian Hygienic Ventilated Air require someone who is able to motivate and drive a force of professional sales agents to continue to be the est not only in the state, but in the country.
In return you will be given full support to run the team with generous performance based incentives.
You responsibilities will include.
- Recruitment of sales consultants.
- Assessing and growing market share.
- Assist with marketing and sales strategies.
- Work with the management team to find avenues of growth for the business.
- Ensuring staff turnover is kept at a minimum.
- Assisting the team to become more dollar productive
- Develop systems and processes
Candidates should be able to demonstrate.
- Coaching and performance management.
- Sales reporting, analysing and forecasting.
- Problem solving and planning.
- Achieve sales goals.
Previous knowledge in the HVAC industry is highly regarded.
Must have a QLD license.
